Melvin is an NSPA Certified Conditioning Specialist (C.C.S.), NASM Certified Nutrition Coach (CNC), NASM Golf Specialist, and Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Level 1 and Fitness 2 Certified Professional. His expertise allows him to provide a well-rounded approach that addresses fitness, nutrition, movement, and long-term lifestyle success.
